Are all indoor bulbs tender?

Hyacinths are hardy and can be grown indoors or out in the garden.

Which indoor bulbs will flower at Christmas?

Amaryllis will flower at Christmas if they are planted 6-8 weeks before. Hyacinths need to be planted about 12-13 weeks before.

Are any indoor bulbs scented?

For something that will fill a room with scent, choose hyacinths. The fragrance becomes more intense as the flowers open.
