Dahlia ‘Sun Explosion’- A double, decorative variety the petals streaked with red flames and surrounded by golden yellow margins. Height: 100cm (39in). Spread: 50cm (20in).
Dahlia 'Bodacious'- Twirling petals in a fiery combo of carmine red and yellow with each giant flower measuring a massive 25cms across! Height: 150cm (59in). Spread: 60cm (24in).

Two enormous, dinner plate dahlias in a fiery mix of colours that is guaranteed to deliver late summer drama. Plant Dahlia tubers outdoors in April after all risk of frost has passed. Choose a sunny position in moist well drained soil. Prepare the soil by digging in plenty of well rotted manure or compost. Plant tubers at a depth of 15cm (6") and water well. Alternatively, start tubers into growth in pots of compost in a frost free greenhouse. Transplant them into their final positions outdoors in June.
